Post-graduated in Global Media & Communications, Coventry University, London. Before giving birth to Media Vantage, her last stint in London was Affiliate Marketing, she moved back to India and she worked as an Assistant Creative Director for a while. She realised her love of content and everything that goes in making it. Following her passion to be part of the content making process, talent management comes naturally to her. She is real at this job and hence this is not a job for her. All the talents managed by MV are family. They all Live Laugh Love together with her. She ensures that everything behind the scene runs smoothly weather it’s a project or their personal space.

She is a leader in true sense who stands by her team at odd hours. MV has witnessed multi-fold growth under her leadership over the years. The company has expanded to become an influencer agency which easily manages multiple launch campaigns for various brands. Recently created a music IP of Ghazals which is one of its kind in the space. MV works extensively on various brand-talent collaborations. She motivates and inspires her team and her talents to overcome their fears and work towards their strengths, do better than yesterday – each day. She’s a visionary and soon to be a producer herself.
