Born and brought up in Delhi Meher Vij (born Vaishali Sahdev) is an Indian actress who appears In Hindi films. She started her career with the feature film “Saaya” but gained popularity with her character Najma from the film “Secret Superstar”. She has played primary parts in feature films like “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”,”Bhoot: Part one – The Haunted Ship”, Jahaan Chaar Yaar and many more. On the web front, she was part of Neeraj Pandey’s “Special ops”. Her character ‘Najma’ from ‘Secret Superstar’ has won her numerous awards like Filmfare, Star Screen, Zee Cine & IIFA for the Best supporting actress.

Meher will be seen opposite Arshad Warsi in the upcoming feature film “Banda Singh”.
